In 2011 Sting celebrated his 60th birthday by celebrating with a birthday concert bash at the Beacon Theater in NYC which had all proceeds benefit the Robin Hood Foundation.
Some of his incredible musician friends that accompanied him on stage to perform his legendary solo and The Police tracks were: Stevie Wonder, Herbie Hancock, Mary J Blige, Branford Marsalis, Rufus Wainwright, Lady Gaga, Billy Joel and Bruce Springsteen
